Northwick

Privacy

Last updated 29 October 2026.

Northwick hasn't launched. This policy covers the waitlist and early access. We'll update it before anyone is billed, and we'll email account holders before changes take effect.

The short version

We collect what we need to run Northwick. We don't sell it. We don't use your code to train models. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

What we collect

How we use it

We don't use any of it for advertising, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

Your code

Northwick reads your repository inside a sandbox that is deleted when the task ends. We don't keep a copy of your repository. We keep task records for 90 days so you can look back at what happened, then delete them.

To write code, Northwick sends parts of your repository to the AI model providers we use. We only use providers that agree in writing not to train on that data and not to keep it longer than they need to answer the request. We don't train models on your code either.

Who else sees it

We use other companies for hosting, AI models, email, and, once paid plans start, payments. They process data for us under contract and only for that purpose. We'll list each of them by name on this page before billing starts.

We'll disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it, and we'll tell you first unless we're legally prevented from doing so.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and loads no analytics or tracking scripts. The Northwick app uses one cookie to keep you signed in, and nothing else.

Keeping and deleting data

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop emailing you. Write to hello@northwickcode.com and we'll reply within a month.

Changes

When we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll email account holders before the change takes effect.
